AiVA · Service Terms

Simple terms, shared risk.

Plain-English house rules for every AiVA engagement. Your exact scope and investment are set in your proposal after the discovery call; these rules apply to all of them.

1 · What you get

Your proposal names your exact deliverable and what "delivered" means for it. For example: site live and the AI front desk answering real patient questions, confirmed working by you. If it's not named in your proposal, it's not assumed.

2 · Payment — shared risk

50% to start the build. 50% only after delivery and your sign-off. You are never asked to pay in full before the work is live and you've confirmed it works. The exact investment is quoted in your proposal, tuned to your business in the discovery call.

Ongoing management plans: the setup portion follows the same 50/50 rule; the monthly fee then bills in advance each cycle.

3 · Sign-off

When your deliverable meets its "delivered" definition, you confirm it works. That's sign-off, and the balance is due. We ask for a response within 5 business days of a working delivery.

4 · Ownership

On full payment, your deliverables are 100% yours: your website, your content, your accounts, your data. AiVA keeps ownership of the internal tools and templates used to build them. You get the house, we keep the power tools.

5 · Support

One-time builds include 14 days of fix-it support after sign-off: we repair anything broken in what we delivered. New features, changes, and ongoing management live under a monthly plan.

6 · Cancellation

Either side may cancel with written notice. Before delivery, the deposit covers work already done; if AiVA cancels without cause, the deposit is returned. Monthly plans cancel any time, effective end of the paid cycle.

7 · Plain-language note

This is a service agreement between businesses, written in plain English on purpose. It isn't legal advice, and either side may have a lawyer review the engagement at any time.
